  • "Camilla's classes are honestly the best I've experienced in Ireland. I've done retreats in India, Bali, Thailand, Portugal, etc., with some of the best yoga teachers, and Camilla is on par with all of them.
    She's genuine, and incredibly welcoming. In other classes I've attended in Ireland, students arrive, barely look at each other while in the room, and then leave when the class finishes. However, the way Camilla engages with everyone has a knock on effect, where her classes feel like a community.
    Her asanas and flows are creative and intuitive. Taught with humour and kindness. I can't wait for the next block of classes!"

  • I found the few times I did go to this yoga class extremely beneficial. I felt so much more relaxed and grounded after and slept alot better. I used to do yoga at home on you tube videos and I found being physically in the class so much more beneficial and enjoyable. Camilla always explained the meaning of each move and breath in such a great way. I highly recommend this class to anyone if they want to get a nice stretch and time for self love and reflection in the moment.

  • Camilla holds a space at her classes for everyone that attends, with calmness, enthusiasm and acceptance for any level of experience or lack of. Her experience and approach to what the body and mind can do in yoga has a great effect in the class but also the benefits in the days after. The classes are easy to stay consistent with and would recommend highly.
