    With fewer standing postures, the focus shifts to deepening the breath, mindful movement, and extended moments of stillness. Breathwork and meditation are woven throughout, helping to soothe the nervous system, release tension, and invite a sense of calm.

    Candlelit Cosy Yoga is an opportunity to pause, listen inward, and trust in your body’s wisdom. The ambient atmosphere makes it a truly special way to decompress, reset, and nourish both body and mind.

  • Movement Fundamentals

    Movement Fundamentals is a weekly class designed to help you rebuild natural strength, mobility, and confidence through grounded, playful movement.

    Led by Lorenzo, a Chartered Physiotherapist and Natural Movement Trainer, this class is for people who want to move well—not just look fit. Inspired by the way humans are built to move, the class focuses on practical, body-smart skills like crawling, balancing, getting up from the ground, lifting, squatting, and adapting to your environment. No mirrors, no machines—just your body, gravity, and the floor.

    What makes this class different is its therapeutic foundation. Lorenzo combines clinical knowledge with movement coaching to create a safe, supportive space for building movement capacity from the inside out. You’ll work at your own pace, improve coordination, reduce tension, and gradually rebuild confidence in how your body moves—without ever needing to push or perform.

    Each class includes:

    - A full-body warm-up and joint prep

    - Exploration of movement skills (e.g. ground transitions, balance, carrying, jumping, or flow)

    - Playful partner or environment-based drills

    - A short strength integration or movement combo

    - Wind-down, breathwork, and recovery

    Whether you’re an athlete, a beginner, or returning after time away from movement, this class meets you where you are.

  • Fire - Elemental Yoga

    An energising vinyasa class where dynamic movement is paired with the breath.

    Fire is an incredibly powerful element to tap into, and when do we ignite and bring alive a sense of transformation within ourselves. Fire gives us the energy to transform ideas into action.

    This class will help to awaken and enliven the senses in the morning, removing sluggishness and energising the body for the day ahead.

    This early morning class includes a lovely long warm up to give your body time to wake gently. It is appropriate for all levels and for those who are interested in a more dynamic practice.

  • Earth - Elemental Yoga

    This Earth element class focuses on rooting down and grounding yourself. Grounding is great for calming the mind and body and cultivates a sense of feeling more emotionally grounded and balanced too. 

    This is a class to fill your own cup and tend to your body and heart. The slower pace of this Earthy class reminds us that nature does not rush, rather it takes its time, unfolding, blossoming and blooming when the time is right.

    This is for anyone looking for a slower paced class, where you may hold poses for a longer duration in order to allow your body time to arrive in the pose and notice the sensations of the present moment.

    Nature is one of the greatest teachers when we slow down enough to notice.

  • Kundalini Yoga & Meditation

    Shama’s classes vary from energetic to deeply meditative, inviting curious, open-minded individuals to stretch their boundaries and explore new potential for growth and self-awareness.

    Kundalini Yoga, known as the Yoga of Awareness, focusses on awakening your life force energy through specific kriyas (sets of postures). It's designed to strengthen the nervous system, balance the glandular system, and expand consciousness.

    These classes combine movement, breathwork, meditation, mantras, and relaxation, creating an immersive experience for all levels.

    Whether you are new to yoga or an experienced practitioner, Kundalini Yoga is accessible to all.

  • Tribal Fusion Belly Dance

    Fusion Bellydance is a dynamic and expressive dance style that blends the elegance of traditional bellydance with the dynamic techniques of hip hop and other contemporary forms creating an otherworldly expression of movement.

    In these classes, you’ll explore the foundational elements of this style, discovering how to combine graceful isolations with sharp, controlled movements.

  • Yoga & Mindfulness

    Blanca’s main goal is to help you feel empowered and take ownership of your own physical and mental health. Through this slow, meditative class you will learn to regulate your emotions, to light up your own inner flame and cultivate the energy and motivation to be present in our everyday lives.  

    These classes integrate meditation into movement. When connected to our present moment experience we can develop an inner intuition that helps us to gain clarity around what next step to take in what feels like the right direction.

    Open to all fitness levels and body shapes. Together we practice techniques to develop present moment awareness and inquiry into your own experience.

  • Air - Elemental Yoga

    Breathing is perhaps the most direct and intimate way we can connect to the air element. This elemental class will include different breathwork practices allowing you to observe the subtle sensations of life force energy moving through your body.

    You can expect this class to have lighter, flowing, playful movements that will encourage opening up space in the body.

    As we play with the element of air there will certainly be some giggles along the way!


  • Water - Elemental Yoga

    Flow to Restore.
    This class will transport you from the hustle and bustle of daily life into a peaceful and calming space.

    Martha will guide you through a flowing sequence, inspired by the element of water, linking posture to breath in a way that mirrors the fluidity and ease of a gentle stream.

    This approach helps release stress and tension while building strength and flexibility.

    The second part of the class emphasises deep relaxation, with longer held poses designed to repair, restore and rejuvenate the entire body and mind, much like the calming, healing properties of water.

    Join Synthia Goldencrotch the head mistress of The Real Hot Bitches! A lycra-loving glitter-explosive troupe of hotness who do epic choreographed routines to 80’s and 90’s music, some of the good stuff and some of the really bad stuff!

    Come release your inner Hot Bitch and don’t take yourself too seriously! All dance levels welcome. What we lack in technique, we make for with passion!!!
