Tribe is where community and movement come together - warm, welcoming, and rooted in connection.

Our Story

Tribe Flow Studio was born from a desire to create more than just a place to practice yoga - it was about building a community. After years of traveling, Camilla longed for a space where people could come together, feel at home, and connect. It all began in 2022 with yoga classes in Fermoy when Camilla arrived in Ireland, bringing people together to move, breathe and connect.

Movement has the power to transform both body and mind. Whether through yoga, alternative movement practices, or dance, Tribe is a space where people can move, breathe, and reconnect with themselves. Camilla witnessed firsthand how these practices not only support physical and mental well-being but also foster a deep sense of community.

At Tribe our teachers truly care, our studio feels cosy and inviting, and every class is taught from the heart.

We hope you find a home here and love it as much as we do.

“Yoga is a practice available to all of us in every unfolding moment. It’s far more than just physical postures; it’s a lifelong journey of self-discovery and inner growth.”

About Camilla

My yoga journey began 14 years ago, initially I was drawn to the physical practice. Over time, it became something much deeper - a steady anchor through life’s ups and downs. From mindfulness classes to Kundalini yoga and eventually exploring a variety of styles, my practice has evolved into something that extends far beyond the mat, shaping how I move through the world.

With a background in psychology, I approach teaching with an understanding of the mind-body connection and the individuality of each student’s experience. My classes are slow yet strong, blending intentional movement with breath awareness, lightheartedness, and moments of stillness. While I hold space for depth and presence, I also believe yoga doesn’t have to be so serious - there’s always room for a wee giggle!

At the heart of my teaching is the desire to offer students a sense of belonging, a calmer mind, and tools they can carry into daily life to regulate their nervous systems. Yoga has been a transformative practice for me, and my greatest joy is sharing it with others.

I’m continuously deepening my own studies and exploring new perspectives on yoga and philosophy, both on and off the mat.
