A practice illuminated by candles. The studio feels like the cosiest sanctuary away from the busyness of city life. A space for you to explore your practice, with gentle guidance and modifications provided to suit your needs.
You can expect this class to have less standing asana, a focus on deepening and extending the breath, breath work and meditation.
Candlelit invites you to find a space of inner stillness and encourages you to tune into your own body’s wisdom.
The ultimate way to decompress and reconnect. There really is something quite special about practicing in this ambient environment.

YIN & SOUND
Nicola lovingly creates classes that offer space to pause, unwind, and connect with your body. It’s the perfect opportunity to slow down, take a breath, and feel more at ease.
A calming and restorative practice that focuses on gently stretching and releasing tension in the body’s connective tissues with longer-held, supported poses.
Wear your comfiest clothes and come as you are, fluffy socks are always recommended!
These classes are open to everyone, no matter your experience level.
And just to top it all off, Nicola weaves healing sounds through the practice.

STRENGTH
Whilst these classes will build physical strength, it is not the sole focus. Strength doesn’t only refer to the physical, but also encompasses mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects. When we feel strong in our body we often feel mentally and emotionally strong.
This class is about strengthening our connection to ourselves, to our body, breath and our practice. Classes are designed to cultivate strength, stability, endurance, focus and clarity.
With a deep connection of movement to breath we will build strength to handle what life throws our way! -
FLEXIBILITY
These classes are a fantastic way to increase mobility, flexibility, prevent injury, improve posture and over all well-being.
Dasha is incredibly passionate about helping you find confidence in your own body through movement.
Throughout the classes you will learn techniques to feel more mobile in your body, increase flexibility, and relieve muscle tightness and pain.
These classes are open to all to explore mobility in a safe and mindful way.

Tribal Fusion Belly Dance
Fusion Bellydance is a dynamic and expressive dance style that blends the elegance of traditional bellydance with the dynamic techniques of hip hop and other contemporary forms creating an otherworldly expression of movement.

Blanca’s main goal is to help you feel empowered and take ownership of your own physical and mental health. Through this slow, meditative class you will learn to regulate your emotions, to light up your own inner flame and cultivate the energy and motivation to be present in our everyday lives.
These classes integrate meditation into movement. When connected to our present moment experience we can develop an inner intuition that helps us to gain clarity around what next step to take in what feels like the right direction.
Open to all fitness levels and body shapes. Together we practice techniques to develop present moment awareness and inquiry into your own experience.
